Dane Johnson has over twenty five years of business and ministry experience. An Oklahoma native, Dane combines his passion for life with his passion for God to challenge men every where to rise above the level of mediocrity. Whether chasing illusive birdies on the golf course, challenging impressionable young minds on the football field, or delivering passionate, life changing messages at the local church, Dane, in his unique and confrontational way, gathers the herd and prods them toward life’s most important arena– God, family, and community. For these matters Dane lives his life and calls people of all ages to do the same. He has been married to his wife Tracy for 27 years and has two sons, Matt and Chris.
Dane currently serves as Associate pastor of Christ Church of the Valley in San Dimas, California. CCV is listed as one the fasted growing churches in America in Outreach Magazine’s 2009 100 Largest Fastest Growing Churches. Dane’s passion for speaking into the lives of those he serves is expressed at CCV through his supporting role as adjunct pulpit presenter for weekend celebration services and through his oversight and development of the highly successful CCV Men’s Fraternity Ministry. Dane’s strong passion for ministry is accompanied by real-world church facility management experience. As a church Business Administrator in the late 90s, Dane managed a multi-million dollar relocation and facility development which was completed within budget and on time. In the early part of this decade, Dane served as a liaison to Independent Christian Churches on behalf of the Church Development Fund and assisted churches through the process of facility development.
